Owner and Lead Attorney
Mirtha is the owner and lead attorney at Oliveros Law, LLLC. She began her legal career in 2000 working at a large corporate law firm. From there she joined the Public Defender’s Offices, first on the mainland and then on the Big Island. In 2011, she opened Oliveros Law, LLLC. Her diverse work experience in the corporate world, criminal courts, and family courts allow her to now focus her practice on complex high net worth divorce cases.
In her work, she meets one-on-one with clients to determine their goals and then creates a customized strategic plans for each case. Through her legal experience, she has learned that the law is most rewarding when it is used to help real people resolve the complicated and dynamic problems that life can bring. She has personally seen the positive difference a well-written agreement can make in the lives of her clients and those involved.
In her personal life, she enjoys practicing her negotiation skills with her husband and three children. Her other hobbies include tai chi, yoga, karate and trying to train the family dog.
